The best thing you can do is ask yourself ‘what is your why’. Why do you get up in the morning and why do you want to be healthier? It could be for your kids’, for your wife, for yourself, for your job, etc…
Coach Xavier Smith from Fitness Dungeon Athletics stopped by to show us some simple exercises you can do at home to start tightening and toning your body. For this workout, Coach Smith recommends you get yourself the Bosu Elite Balance Trainer; however, you can use any balance trainer.
