Ottawa University Arizona and The City of Surprise’s Unique Partnership

The City of Surprise Arizona and Ottawa University Arizona have partnered since the residential campus was built in 2017. On February 16, the partnership was celebrated in a ceremony that included a rereading of the original proclamation. Learn more at ottawa.edu/OUAZ
