New Zimbabwe Development Zim Cyber City Attracting Americans to Relocate There

Shaji Ul Mulk is a UAE based billionaire who serves as Chairman of Mulk International, a multinational conglomerate with diversified business interests spanning primarily four sectors – Building Materials, Plastics, Healthcare and Cricket Assets. His newest endeavor which just broke ground, the $500 million Zim Cyber City, which has been dubbed “Bringing Dubai to Zim”, will be a state-of-the-art mixed-use hi-tech park on the outskirts of Zimbabwe’s capital city Harare. The project commissioned by Zimbabwe’s President Emmerson Mnangagwa will offer world class amenities aimed at attracting Westerners including luxurious residences, duty free shopping malls, tax free investments, pre-approved mortgages in USD and the tallest tower in Africa all constructed on 2.5 million square meters of land.
