New Legislation Would Allow EVIT to Offer Associates Degrees

Students at the East Valley Institute of Technology and other Career Technical Education Districts in Arizona would have the opportunity to earn associate degrees in in-demand fields while they are still in high school under House Bill 2034. The legislation would also allow the CTEDs to offer associate degrees to adults enrolled in post-secondary career training programs. The legislation expands college options available to Arizona families.
