Walking down the street in any city or town in America, it’s almost impossible not to run into someone on their phone, tablet or watch. So for our children and teens, how do we expect them to take a break from the screens and why is it important? When is it ok to have screen time? As schools are about to go on break for the holiday season, Marina Awerbuch of MASK (Mother’s Awareness School-Age Kids) discusses how families can incorporate technology into their vacation routine, while considering safety and limits on screen time.
