How to Make Balsamic Reduction Cocktails with Queen Creek Olive Mill

Rub a lime wedge around the edge of a highball glass and dip the rim in salt • 2. Add the Tequila and lime juice to the glass and fill it with ice • 3. Top with grapefruit soda and stir briefly and gentlys to combine  • 4. Finish with a drizzle of Prickly Pear Balsamic Reduction • 5. Garnish with a lime wheel  Peach Bellini Ingredients:  • 1 ½ ounces of Peach puree • Chilled prosecco • Queen Creek Olive Mill Peach White Balsamic Reduction Steps: • Pour 1 ½ ounces of fruit puree into a flute glass; top with a little Prosecco and gently stir.
