How AI is Shaping Higher Education and the Workplace

AI is transforming higher education and the workplace, changing how fast we can learn and share information. According to a new survey commissioned by the Harris Poll on behalf of the University of Phoenix among more than 2,000 US adults, nearly 3 in 5 U.S. adults believe AI tools should be leveraged in office (59%) and classroom (57%) settings. And while many believe it can be a great resource, they are unsure about how to best utilize it, and have concerns about its accuracy (35%). Vice Provost for Strategy at University of Phoenix, Marc Booker, reveals key findings from the survey and talks about how the evolving AI technology could impact the workplace and higher education. He also shares ways that students, teachers and professionals can safely leverage AI tools effectively. Learn more at phoenix.edu
