When the heat cranks up, crank up your workout and don’t let the outside heat get you beat. Instead, find the beat indoors and take your workout there! Even if you’re indoors, be sure to stay hydrated and exercise before 11am and after 4pm, avoiding the hottest time of the day. Eating healthfully, taking breaks in between your work, and having a buddy to keep you on track and safe will help to make your workout a beat-dropping, sweat-dropping, weight-dropping success!
