This is yummy!
Basil Pesto
- 2/3 c. Walnuts (you can use Pine nuts]
- 8-10 cloves of Garlic
- 5 cups fresh Basil
- 3/4 c. shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 c. Olive oil
- 1 – tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 – tsp. black pepper
In a food processor, chop the walnuts. Add the basil and parmesan cheese and garlic. Pull till well blended. Add Salt and pepper and then slowly pour in olive oil and blend for 10 seconds.
Delicioso!
Use with fresh baguette bread. Top chicken, pork, and fish.
Drizzle over salads!
