Art on the Wild Side at the Phoenix Zoo
Art on the Wild Side is back for a second installment in the Zoo’s Savanna Gallery! This rotating art exhibit will launch this Sunday, September 15 and run until January 15, 2020. Three mixed media artists will be profiled during this exhibit; painters Linda Budge and Jennifer O’Cualain, and photographic and digital artist, Susan Schmitz. This allows the Zoo to not only inspire guests with the animals they see around the Zoo, but now they can be inspired through images and artwork through the eyes of wildlife enthusiasts and conservation supporters.

The Arizona Walking Challenge
Research shows that walking at work reduces stress and increases creativity and productivity. Plus, more active employees are less likely to get sick and miss work. And, if you are looking to build teamwork and camaraderie in the office, what’s better than a little healthy competition? That’s why Terryberry is encouraging Arizona businesses of all sizes to join its second annual Arizona Walking Challenge. Last year more than 2,000 Arizona participants logged 500 million steps – that’s nearly eight trips around the world! The Arizona Walking Challenge will take place from Oct. 7 through Nov. 17.
