ABOUT SANDY MOSS
SANDY MOSS is an Associated Press and Western Newspaper award-winning reporter, newspaper columnist and radio broadcaster who has been involved in multiple medias for 25 years.
After graduating from Brigham Young University, she became a reporter with the Daily Spectrum in St. George, Utah before joining The Daily Courier in Prescott, Arizona for 10 years. Sandy entered broadcasting in 2003, hosting her own radio show, “Q&A with Sandy Moss,” on Arizona Hometown Radio KQNA. In 2014, she joined the team at AZ-TV as one of the hosts of The Morning Scramble, soon to be re-invented as , “Sandy and Friends.”
She published her first book, “The Terrible Loyalty” in 2012, a literary non-fiction story of two friends’ perilous yet uplifting journey across the Pacific Ocean on a 20-foot sailboat. The book garnered numerous writing awards including the New York Book Festival, The Paris Book Festival, The San Francisco Book Festival and the Hoffer Foundation.
