Im thrilled about the team we have on board for The Nickel, explained Executive Chef, Chris Thompson. Weve brought together the most creative and skillful talents from some of the countrys best restaurants, he continued. The team is excited to be here and to be a part of Denvers burgeoning culinary scene.

About The Nickel - A Denver Restaurant:
The chef-driven Denver restaurant in the heart of Denvers thriving Theater District draws inspiration from its Rocky Mountain heritage, incorporating locally sourced ingredients into rustic, stripped-down Colorado fare under the direction of Executive Chef Chris Thompson. The centerpiece of the space is The Barrel Bar, complete with house-aged spirits, a robust list of hand-selected wines and an experiential coffee program because it is more fun to eat at a bar than drink at a restaurant.
