As a lead generator for residential home buying or selling, the online platforms network of more than 20,000 REALTORS® share a percentage of their sales commission with a charity of their clients choice.

San Diego, Calif. (PRWEB) July 15, 2014

The purchase of a lifetime will soon play a role in making a world of difference, as Charitable Agents today announces the launch of its premier online platform: http://www.CharitableAgents.com. The new website uses proprietary algorithms to generate real estate leads for homebuyers and sellers, based on geographic location in the U.S., and donates a fixed percentage of the REALTORs commission to a charity of the pre-or-existing homeowners choice.

Both with a background in real estate brokerage, brothers David and Avi Tal founded MyAgentFinder.com back in 2011, an online platform connecting home sellers with vetted real estate agents. After three years of growing its database of REALTORS and reaching over $100 million in real estate transactions, the two designed the Charitable Agents model to extend their tried-and-tested system into the realm of social responsibility.

In a typical real estate transaction, real estate agents are paid a commission for representing either the buyer or the seller. Charitable Agents network of more than 20,000 top-rated REALTORS, from all major domestic brokerages, have pledged to give 10% of their commission on a transaction to non-profit organizations affiliated with the site, as part of the agreement.

With Charitable Agents, REALTORS go through the same process as they would with any lead-generation system, but with the added benefit of offering their clients the opportunity to donate funds to a specific charitable organization, following the close of any deal.

Buying or selling a home is the largest transaction most people make in their entire lives; now, theyll have the opportunity to make the decision of buying or selling a home go further than ever before, said David Tal, co-founder of Charitable Agents. Were giving people an instrumental tool to not only find a qualified REALTOR, but to make a substantial donation to a cause of their choosing, without an extra penny out of their pocket.

Every quarter, a handful of distinct 501(c)(3) non-profits, in varying charity categories, will be featured on the homepage of CharitableAgents.com, giving homebuyers or sellers a simple selection for the recipient of their home sale donation. In addition to the rotating featured charities, any 501(c)(3) organization can submit its information, for quick evaluation by Charitable Agents, and create a landing page to receive funds via a customized URL to use as a fundraising tool.

With this months launch of CharitableAgents.com, the initial featured charities are charity:water, Pencils of Promise, Crisis Aid International, buildOn, Heroes Honor and SurfAid International.

Since commissions on residential real estate transactions are typically upwards of a few thousand dollars, we realized quickly that these contributions could make a massive impact on groups and in communities around the world, said Avi Tal, co-founder of Charitable Agents. We strongly believe that the choice to use Charitable Agents is going to change the way the modern man gives back and show Americans just how great of a difference one socially-responsible transaction can make in this world.

With its system in place to assist homebuyers and sellers to meet qualified REALTORS based on location and sale type, Charitable Agents also has a team of customer service representatives who personally check in with every inquiry after it has been placed to ensure accuracy and fulfillment. In addition, the team has a review system in place, which allows clients of the REALTORS to rate and review their REALTOR, helping Charitable Agents provide a positive experience for its users.

About Charitable Agents

Making an Impact One Home at a Time

Launched in 2014, Charitable Agents is the premier online platform revolutionizing the way consumers buy or sell a home. Founders and brothers David and Avi Tal have created a platform on which homebuyers or sellers and REALTORS join together to make positive impacts in their community or around the world with a charity donation, portioned from the respective REALTORs commission on a transaction.

All the agents in the network have pledged to give a percentage of their commissions to non-profit organizations, pre-selected or screened by Charitable Agents. Every quarter, different charities are featured on the homepage for the opportunity to be chosen by the homebuyer or seller as the recipient of their REALTORs commission. Any U.S. 501(c)(3) organization can create a profile and receive a customized URL to start receiving donations from Charitable Agents and be found in the "Browse Charities" section of the site.
