Engage Connective Technologies, LLC (Engage) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Entity Music Unlimited LLC, (EMU) the owner of the ScoreStreet® Online Music Publishing brand, powered by its proprietary Integrated Content Licensing Platform, ICLP. Terms were not disclosed.

Engage, a Software Solutions and Technology Company founded in 2007, developed and built ICLP and ScoreStreet® for EMU. With the acquisition, Engage has already begun to make improvements to the technology to improve the ease of use and functionality of the software. Engage is also embarking on a multi-pronged marketing and advertising program for ScoreStreet® in the third quarter of 2014.
