I have been in the event planning business for 22 years, says Ms. Dufoin, Owner and Event Planner at Incredible Events, a premier full-service catering and event planning company in Las Vegas.

From weddings to birthday parties to corporate events and nonprofit galas, Ms. Dufoin and her team of professionals, including her husband, French Chef Jean-Philippe Dufoin, have been creating successful events for the last 12 years. As Owner, Ms. Dufoin is ultimately responsible for every detail of every event while Chef Jean-Philippe creates the mouth-watering food. A sought-after chef outside of their own company, his desserts, entrees and appetizers can also be found in other upscale restaurants on the strip. If you have a macaroon at a restaurant in Las Vegas, my husband probably made it! Ms. Dufoin says proudly.

High-end corporate parties and fundraisers are Ms. Dufoins favorite types of events to plan. Some of our clients include H&M, Henry Bendel and Nordstrom, she notes. We just did a big event for the Salvation Army and were working on one for the March of Dimes this fall. Ms. Dufoin handles every aspect of every event, from securing venues to designing flower arrangements to managing room décor. She has established relationships with outside vendors whom she relies on to help her provide clients with the best services and products. We will continue to grow our company. Weve learned a lot along the way. Not everyone realizes how much effort goes into coordinating an event. We take pride in everything we do! adds Ms. Dufoin.
